STAY CONNECTED
Cleaning and Sanitation
Our volunteer teams will be hard at work making sure that we have a safe and clean environment throughout our experience together.
- Every touch point surface will be wiped down or sprayed before, during, and after each service.
- Restrooms will be cleaned in the same manner.
- Center sink in each restroom will be shut down to help with social distancing.
- Drinking fountain will not be available.
- Hand-sanitizing stations will be spread throughout our gathering spaces and entrance.
In-Person Registrations
We are going to be limited to the amount of people that will gather for each service, which will be capped off at 50 attenders, plus our volunteer teams.
You will receive an email, or link through our social media platforms to register and it will be a first come, first serve basis. These will be going out at 10am, each Tuesday morning for that coming weekends gathering. Should we consistently max out our numbers, we will make adjustments.

Don’t feel comfortable yet with in-person gathering? We understand.
In Person Attendance Requirements
By registering and participating in worship with us, we are asking that you would abide by our standards that we are asking of everyone. We know that there are so many differing opinions and thoughts on these, but this is what we will be holding up for us here at GPC.
We will have limited and socially distanced seating. Masks will be required. We will have them available should you have forgotten yours at home. By recommendation of the CDC, children under 2 should not wear masks.
Temperature checks will be done at the doors prior to entrance. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or above will be asked to participate with us online.
Socially distanced environments throughout your time with us. Staying 6 feet apart, and with minimal physical contact.
- No Children’s ministry at this time.
- No Café, or food services at this time.
- No bulletins or handouts at this time.
- Anyone under the weather or of the vulnerable population is encouraged to stay home and join us online
Special Notes:
Our online worship experience will continue on during this season and for the foreseeable future. That will include having our children’s ministry materials uploaded as well. We know that many do not feel comfortable participating in a group setting like this, and this makes it tough for young families so we want to continue to provide all of what we have been doing up until this point moving forward.
- Our leadership and worship team will not be required to wear their masks while they are on stage only, but will replace them as they step off the stage. We will be positioning our seating farther back from the stage because of this so as to keep that social distance barrier.
- As our times together conclude, we ask that any fellowship be done outside of the building so that our teams will have enough time to complete our cleaning processes right after the service.
- Contract tracing. Should you or any member of your party develop symptoms and test positive for COVID-19 after your time of gathering with us, please let us know asap so that we can appropriately respond as a church family. We do not anticipate closing our doors or pulling back a service at this time but we are gathering everyone’s information to be able to quickly and efGiciently notify all of us should something arise.
